Before you write
When sharing feedback about a contractor, describe the work you had done and say which towns the business serves. Let the Registry know whether you would use them again. The more detail, the more useful the review.
When asking for a recommendation, name your town and the type of work you need. The Registry will point you toward businesses it has verified. All information shared stays confidential unless you ask the Registry to pass it along.
What to expect and when
Messages arrive instantly. You'll get an acknowledgement within one business day. A full response usually takes a few days as the Registry reviews your request or reaches out to verify details.
The Registry protects your email and contact details. They are never shared with contractors unless you request an introduction.
